Analysis History – Track improvements over time

Right now every analysis feels like a one-off snapshot. It'd be super useful to have a chronological history of past analyses per site.

What I'm suggesting:

• Store past analysis results per site

• Show them in a timeline/list view

• Ideally highlight what improved or got worse between runs
